Kerry Honsinger, LEED AP BD+C

Kerry is a LEED Accredited Professional who attained a Master of Human Centered Design degree from the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of New Mexico in 1991.

A native of the southwest, Kerry has worked in the field of architecture in Durango for over 10 years. Her project experience includes LEED project administration, project manager/designer for commercial, healthcare and educational facilities as well as numerous private residences. She also has BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience as she was a project manager for Nichols Electric, modeling their electrical systems for integration with other discipline models prior to construction.

Kerry spends her time outside of work exploring the mountains of Colorado and the red rock country of Utah through the activities of climbing, hiking, mountaineering, biking and skiing. When at rest, she enjoys capturing her vision of the mountains and desert through painting.
Kerry is in pursuit of her architectural licensure.
