Ski & Bow Rack is an outdoor retail and service space in Pagosa Springs shaped by the rhythms of life in the San Juans, where fly fishing, skiing, rentals, tuning, and gear advice all happen under one roof. The design needs to work as more than a storefront, supporting constant movement between product display, service, and customer interaction while still feeling direct and approachable. Rather than dressing up the experience, the project leans into what makes the business valuable in the first place: expertise, durability, and a strong connection to the outdoor culture of Pagosa and Wolf Creek.
