City of Alamosa Civic Complex

The Alamosa Civic Complex brings together municipal services, public learning, and public safety within a unified and forward-looking campus. The project includes a new 25,000-square-foot City Hall and library building paired with the renovation of an existing police and fire facility, creating a comprehensive civic center that supports a wide range of community functions.

The design organizes administrative offices, public services, and library spaces into a clear and accessible layout, reinforcing the building’s role as a daily destination for residents. A cohesive architectural approach ties the campus together, establishing a strong civic presence while maintaining a sense of openness and approachability. With an emphasis on durability, daylight, and long-term performance, the project reflects Reynolds Ash + Associates’ ability to deliver high-performing civic architecture that supports both community life and essential services.
