Dalton Ranch Clubhouse

The Dalton Ranch Clubhouse serves a much larger role than a single building, functioning as the social center of both the golf club and the broader residential community that surrounds it. Set along the Animas River below the red cliffs north of Durango, the 8,500 square foot clubhouse brings together dining, bar, pro shop, offices, locker rooms, and member spaces in a way that supports daily use, events, and the overall identity of Dalton Ranch as both a golf destination and a neighborhood. With public dining, patio views over the course and Hermosa Cliffs, and a setting that anchors the larger community, the project succeeds because it feels central, not incidental.
