Andréa Bachman moved to the San Luis Valley in 2015 shortly after graduating from the University of Idaho with her BS in Architecture. Before joining Reynolds Ash + Associates in the Fall of 2023, Bachman worked as a designer and project manager at another San Luis Valley firm for over 6 years. Bachman has experience in residential and commercial projects, including single and multi-family housing, commercial office buildings, early childhood education and industrial facilities. Having spent almost a decade in the San Luis Valley, Bachman has developed a good relationship with local county and city building officials and is well versed in the local building codes. In addition, Bachman has recent experience with historic restoration and adaptive reuse projects in the Alamosa area and chairs the Alamosa Historic Preservation Advisory Committee. Now as a project manager and architect in training at RA+A, Bachman is excited to continue working in the community and meeting the design needs and desires of her clients.

When she is not at her desk, Andréa enjoys riding her mountain bike on the local singletrack or running along the Rio.
