Caroline started with Reynolds Ash + Associates in November of 2020. She grew up in Rochester, New York, and moved to Durango shortly after graduating from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art.

Prior to working at RA+A, Caroline spent several years at various positions at the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and most recently trained to be a conductor.
