Cody brings over 21 years of experience working within the field of architecture to RA+A and is a licensed architect as of Spring ’24. While not pursuing the traditional route, Cody instead graduated from High Tech Institute in 2002 with an Associates Degree of Occupational Studies in Architectural CAD Drafting/Manual Drafting. He then went straight to work on many high end homes as well as small commercial developments for a firm in Phoenix before relocating back to Durango. While in Durango, he has worked on multiple projects ranging from small country homes to 500-unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit rehabs across the country. Cody has been working with AutoCAD since he was a freshman in High School and has been working with REVIT for over 10 years. He enjoys researching building & municipal codes and interacting with clients to have their project meet their goals.
