Scott Dill joined Reynold Ash + Associates in 2025 and is a licensed architect. He has a wide range of experience in both commercial and residential design including mission critical, education, mixed-use, multi-family, private residences and master planning. He also has significant experience with government agencies and has served as a subject matter expert for FEMA and the Department of Justice. After receiving his master’s degree in architecture from Louisiana Tech University, Scott worked in the Dallas market with large firms and government agencies before relocating to Durango. Overall, Scott has more than 13 years of experience in architecture.

Scott spends his free time with his wife and 4 children who participate and watch numerous sports, if not at a game the family is traveling the country to visit relatives and friends.
