Dalton Ranch Clubhouse

The 8500 square-foot Dalton Ranch Clubhouse sits amid the natural beauty and spectacular landscape of the Animas River, below the red cliffs of the San Juan Mountains just north of Durango, CO.

Project Details

The 8500 square foot Dalton Ranch Clubhouse includes a bar, restaurant, dining room, member’s room, pro shop, administrative offices, locker rooms and support spaces. The facility includes expansive outdoor terraces, a 2,400 square foot event pavilion and a “snack shack”. The lower level of the building houses golf carts.

The facility was designed to maximize views from public spaces to the golf course and red cliffs beyond. Construction is wood frame, with hand-hewn timber work in the porte cochere, bar, and covered deck areas.
