North Main Multi-Family

Reynolds Ash + Associates provided planning, architectural design, structural engineering, and interior design for a new apartment development on the north end of Durango, bringing serviceability to an area of the town that is under-engaged and prime for conscientious development. This project will be residential, with about 3,000 square feet of ground floor amenities to create live-play opportunities for the residents. These units have been carefully placed on the sloped topography so that each building will offer sweeping views of the north Animas River Valley and the stunning cliffs behind, thus instilling a sense of remoteness while just minutes from town and from the newly-constructed river trail extension.
