Project Details
The original Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association building was mostly destroyed by fire. RA+A suggested expanding the vision for the new building to include meeting rooms and additional multi-use spaces, thus creating a multi-functional building that would meet all of their needs. The new space increased the effectiveness of their communication and operations.
It was important that the design of the building represented the vision for the new headquarters building, including a material palette compatible with the local vernacular.
The PLPOA development is a covenant-controlled community comprised of over 6600 properties situated in 27 unique subdivisions encompassing 21 square miles, surrounded on 3 sides by the San Juan National Forest of the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains.
